Wine Evenings at The Dorchester
The Dorchester’s head of wines, master sommelier Ronan Sayburn, is hosting a series of wine tastings and special dinners throughout the year providing entertaining and absorbing evenings in convivial surroundings, tasting acclaimed wines.
Wine tastings
Participants have the opportunity to taste a selection of wines to learn about their differing styles, characteristics and backgrounds. Rather than classroom training, the events are shaped around sharing anecdotes and tales from the wine industry.
A number of the evenings are joined by some of Ronan’s best associates in the business, all experts in their field.

27 November Festive champagnes with champagne exporter Alan Montague-Dennis
Wine tastings take place on Wednesdays from 6.30 – 8.30pm, priced at £39 per person,
including: canapés and wine tasting covering six wines.

Wine dinners
Coming soon - we are planning wine dinners with illustrious chateaux such as Latour, Cheval Blanc and d’Yquem, where the wine makers will be present to give detailed knowledge about the history of the estates and their wines.
