The Krug Room is without doubt one of the most exciting dining rooms in London. Located within the hotel's master kitchens, it is the original 'chef's table', first opened in the 1940s it was completely redesigned and refurbished in 2009. This stylish private dining room seats up to 12 guests on deep-red leather chairs arranged around a specially commissioned glass table.
The space pays homage to the heritage, elegance and subtlety that is the common thread of both Krug's and The Dorchester's ethos. The menus are personally prepared by executive chef Henry Brosi, who is on hand to discuss the philosophy and preparation of the meal.
Whether it be a three-course lunch or a ten-course tasting menu, The Dorchester will select wines to match, including champagnes from the world-renowned champagne house, Krug. Some unique vintages are also available upon request.
