Head Chef Brian Hughson’s inaugural menu of modern British cuisine puts a fresh spin on traditional Grill dishes alongside timeless classics such as Grilled Dover Sole and Rhug Estates Salt Marsh Lamb Loin. With a passion for wholesome cooking, Brian uses quality, organic produce sourced wherever possible from the British Isles.

Together with Head Sommelier Jason McAuliffe, the British duo and their team bring a contemporary buzzing atmosphere to one of London’s longest standing traditional dining rooms.

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays:      8.00 am - 11.00 am  
Please note that The Grill at The Dorchester is closed for breakfast Monday to Friday's from the 10th August until the 28th August 2009 with the exception of Wednesday 19th August.

Lunch

Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays:      12.30 pm - 3.30 pm

Dinner
Monday - Friday:                                 6.30 pm - 11.00 pm
