Shaun Rankin comes to The Dorchester Grill Room from Jersey in the Channel Islands, a place also known as ‘the nine-mile garden’ for its fresh produce, stunning seafood and famous Jersey Royal potatoes. Celebrity TV chef Shaun Rankin can usually be found heading up the Michelin Star ‘Bohemia’ Restaurant in Jersey.
We are very proud to have Shaun at The Dorchester for one week only, bringing us a flavour of Jersey and working
with our own renowned chefs.
