Head Chef Brian Hughson’s inaugural menu of modern British cuisine puts a fresh spin on traditional Grill dishes alongside timeless classics such as Grilled Dover Sole and Rhug Estates Salt Marsh Lamb Loin. With a passion for wholesome cooking, Brian uses quality, organic produce sourced wherever possible from the British Isles.
Together with Head Sommelier Jason McAuliffe, the British duo and their team bring a contemporary buzzing atmosphere to one of London’s longest standing traditional dining rooms.

Monday - Friday: 12.00 noon - 2.30 pm
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays: 12.30 pm - 3.30 pm
Dinner
Monday - Friday: 6.30 pm - 11.00 pm
Saturday: 6.00 pm - 11.00 pm
Sunday and Bank Holidays: 7.00pm - 10.15 pm
