Our selection process is designed to help you shine. It focuses on both experience and essential skills, as well as personality, passion, and team spirit. We believe that for you to be successful the role has to be right for you, as much as you are right for the role.
We interview every applicant in person at The Dorchester. We feel this is important as you need to see the environment you would be working in and the people you will be working with. We also like to show off our amazing hotel! Should you wish to apply therefore, you will need to be available for an interview in London. While a fun place to work, we would advise applicants attending interviews to consider the environment and dress accordingly at interviews.
