Created by Sir David Tang, the founder of China Clubs in Hong Kong, Peking and Singapore, as well as the life-style brand ‘Shanghai Tang’, China Tang serves the finest classical Cantonese food. All the food is prepared with the freshest ingredients, with no compromise on traditional Cantonese recipes. Guests can also enjoy a diverse selection of wines, complimented by a return to classic cocktails made to perfection.
China Tang is the perfect setting for a special occasion, whether it be with family and friends or a corporate dinner. The three private dining rooms options (Ping, Pang and Pong) can be used individually or combined in various arrangements to accommodate 40-80 seated guests or 60-100 for a standing reception.
